What is Wrike used for?
Wrike is project management software. Teams use it to plan projects on Gantt charts and balance workloads. It also runs approvals, and its blueprints let you launch the same kind of project again from a saved setup.
What is Tallyfy?
Tallyfy runs the processes your team repeats. You write each one once as a template, then launch it whenever the work comes in. Each person gets a list of their own tasks, and you can see every process that's running.
Does Tallyfy price differently by country?
For organizations in eligible countries, yes. They can apply for a discount on an annual plan through our Fair Price Guarantee, set by regional GDP per capita. Most of their users need to be in the qualifying country, and we decide each application.
When should work be run as a process instead of a project?
When it repeats. Onboarding a client or closing the books each month comes around again and again, with the same steps each time. A product launch happens once, so it's a project.
How does Tallyfy handle process improvement?
If something's wrong with a step, the person doing it flags the problem on the task. That task can't be completed until the problem is resolved, and everyone assigned to it is told. Ideas go in comments on the task, and a person updates the template for future runs.
How does AI work in Tallyfy?
AI handles single steps in a process you've defined. A computer AI agent you connect can do a step on screen, and your own ChatGPT or Claude account can complete a step that needs writing or a decision. Tallyfy's AI can also turn an existing SOP document into a template.
